Child Support
Child support is generally court ordered. However, either the payor or the recipient can request a downward or upward modification, respectively, of his or her child support payments upon proof of a real, unforeseen and “material change in circumstances” since the issuance of the current child support order. Divorce

Most of the time when a husband and/or wife file for divorce, the suit is based on insupportability of the marriage, also known as No Fault divorce. Of course, either spouse may allege other grounds for divorce such as adultery, cruelty, abandonment, among other things. We will work with you to resolve your dissolution of marriage as amicable as possible.
Note Residency Requirements: Before filing for divorce, at least one of the parties must be a Texas domiciliary (i.e. resident) for at least six (6) months and a resident of the county where he or she files for divorce for at least the preceding 90 days.
